Downward Spiral
MWOD: Standard
Warm-up- Standard
WOD: For Time:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Hang Power Cleans (DB or barbell)
Pushups (hands off of ground at bottom)
Squats
10:41 with 65 lbs. I should have done better. The pushups slowed me down a bit and I really had to focus on my feet and hand placement on the hanging power cleans.
10:19 with 27lb bar. Wasn't as brutal as I thought it was going to be. At first I thought maybe I'm getting stronger? However, afterward I checked Logsitall to see how much weight I used the last time we did hang power cleans. And...I should've used more weight. :| Daryl was great tho...thanks for helping us with our form.
Phil - 7:59 with 65 lb bar. Probably should have used more weight.
