Tabata Deadlifts/Burpees
20 sec. on/ 10 sec. off
Alternating between deadlifts and burpees
Perform as many deadlifts as possible in 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds and then perform as many burpees as possible. Alternate back and forth for a total of 16 rounds (8 minutes.)
